Liven Begins Building Virmalise Homes in New World
Liven is starting the construction of a new apartment building in downtown Tallinn. The main contractor for the apartment building rising at Virmalise 3 is Bildgren Ehitus OÜ, and the four-story building will have 28 new homes. Preparations for construction began on October 15th.
A modern and family-friendly residential building is being erected at Virmalise 3, with the first homes completed by the end of 2026. The building located in the city center is surrounded by gardens and abundant high and low vegetation, which ensure privacy for residents and a green home courtyard. Nearby are several important educational and public institutions, including Tallinn University of Applied Sciences, Tõnismäe Real School, MUBA and Superministry.

The building will have 1 to 4-room homes, a total of 28 apartments. Three-meter ceilings and 2.6-meter high windows create an open and light-filled feeling. Each home has at least a 10-square-meter balcony or terrace, and some also have their own courtyard area. Parking is mainly solved by an underground parking lot, which in addition will have storage areas created for residents, a bomb shelter, bike storage facilities, and a separate bike house in the courtyard. Home buyers have the opportunity to adapt the layouts to their needs and choose interior design according to their taste. The Virmalise 3 development is one of the few new apartment buildings in downtown Tallinn where it is possible to offer modern spatial solutions in a smaller apartment building.
