Liven's subsidiary Liven R101 GmbH has acquired a new property in Berlin, in the highly valued Westend neighborhood of the Charlottenburg-Wilmersdorf district. The property is planned to have a six-story residential building with approximately 20 apartments.

"The Reichstraße 101 property in the Westend neighborhood is an important addition to Liven's Berlin portfolio and our third step in Berlin. The project helps increase our share in foreign markets, supports Liven's long-term financial goals, and provides an opportunity to put recently raised capital to work effectively," commented Andero Laur, CEO and Chairman of the Board of Liven AS

The transaction amount is 1.2 million euros and the estimated total investment for the entire project is approximately 8 million euros. The scope of the project is comparable to Liven's ongoing Wohngarten and the Plantagenstraße 19 development acquired a month ago. "The experience gained in the Wohngarten project gives us confidence to successfully complete this project," noted Andero Laur.

The property is planned to have a six-story residential building with approximately 20 apartments, with a sellable area of approximately 1,250 square meters. Construction work on the new building is planned to begin in the summer of 2027 and the building is expected to be completed in the first quarter of 2029.

"The property is located in the highly valued Westend neighborhood, where the supply of new development projects is limited. We believe this will significantly support the project's attractiveness in the local market," added Andero Laur.

The apartments planned for the quiet neighborhood are functional, feature a secure inner courtyard, and are energy-efficient. The development is planned to meet the KfW40 standard of the German state development bank KfW's high energy efficiency level and Liven's green financing conditions.

A month ago, Liven's subsidiary Liven P19 GmbH acquired a new development property in Berlin, in the Steglitz district at Plantagenstraße 19, where two residential buildings with over 20 new apartments and more than 1,600 square meters of sellable area are planned to be built by the end of 2028.
