Real estate company Lind Living held an opening party before Midsummer for the Laferme building, which combines historical and modern architecture, built on Pirita Road in Tallinn. Both the builder KRC Ehitus, architect Tormi Sooväli, financier LHV Bank and the client found at the opening that the completed building turned out to be even more beautiful both inside and outside than in the drawings, and the quality of materials and execution even exceeds the already high expectations.

"The design and construction work of the Laferme residential and commercial building complex is an excellent example of successful cooperation, where all parties contributed their commitment and professionalism to create a modern and architecturally attractive building complex on Pirita Road within two years," said Siim Kroodo, member of the board and CEO of KRC Ehitus, which built the building.

Currently, approximately 60% of the building's apartments have found new owners or are reserved, but there is still plenty of choice.  At the end of last year, domestic LHV Bank began offering a new guest apartment home loan to Laferme complex guest apartment buyers, with an initial down payment starting from 20%, but the loan term is up to 30 years and the interest rate is similar to a home loan matching the client's profile.

Laferme, which rose next to the Flower Pavilion, consists of a new and historical building connected via the first floor and underground parking. The historical part of Laferme was completely renovated by KRC Ehitus on behalf of developer Lind Living, and it was supplemented with a modern extension that harmoniously matches the surrounding buildings. "This is a dignified location known to all Tallinn residents on Pirita Road between Song Festival Grounds and the Flower Pavilion. Over the past decade, several new residential buildings have been built in the area that are highly valued and popular on the real estate market. Architect Tormi Sooväli, who designed the Laferme project, has done excellent work, and in addition to quality interior solutions, the appearance and harmonious overall impression of the entire complex are also ensured," said Ingmar Saksing, member of the board of LVM Kinnisvara, which handles the building's sales.
