Latvian architects visited Liven Regatta development for inspiration
During an inspiration trip held over the weekend, dozens of Latvian architects and interior architects became acquainted with the current state of Estonian architecture. One of the stops was also the Liveni Regati development in Pirita, which caught the attention of our southern neighbors due to its thoughtful architecture and waterfront location.
"We are proud that the Regati development speaks to architects beyond Estonia as well. The feedback from our southern neighbors confirms that we are on the right path and that people value not only aesthetics in our homes, but also thoughtful architecture and human scale. For Liveni, homebuyer needs and interests are always the most important," said Liveni creative director Alina Kester.
The Regati development is pursuing LEED Platinum certification, being one of the first residential developments in Estonia at this level. The visitors' attention was captured by both the development's thoughtfully designed rainwater gardens and white roofs, which help reduce building overheating. In the newly completed community space, Latvian architects were the first to try out the yoga area and explore the hobby room. Special attention was given to fitness equipment with wood finishing from German company Nohrd.
"The completion of Regati homes has been a long and exciting journey for Liveni. Our goal has been to create an environment where it is good to live and where the sea and architecture complement each other in a natural way. Now it's all starting to take its proper shape," said Alina Kester.
The Regati development has reached the final stretch – the first homeowners can move in already this year, with most homes completed before winter. In late autumn, ten show homes will also be opened to visitors and an open house day will be held. Over 70% of the homes have already found owners, and at the beginning of the new year, pre-sales for the next phase will begin.
Several lifestyle businesses are coming to the first floors of the development, such as the ballet studio Face the Barre, a yoga studio with a reformer pilates area, and the restaurant Notes.
