In Tallinn's Fahle business district, which in recent years has grown into one of the capital's most active business and community environments, restaurant FUEGO Grill & Steakhouse will open its doors at the end of August on a 750-square-meter space. The new restaurant will replace the former Argentina restaurant and brings a fire dining concept to the business district.

According to Neutra Capital's marketing and communications director Tiina Köst-Johani, a restaurant with a strong identity brings significant added value to the business environment. "A good restaurant is much more than a place to eat - it creates meetings, emotions, and a sense of community. FUEGO brings new energy to Fahle and offers value to both our tenants and brings a completely new restaurant experience here," said Köst-Johani.

At the heart of the restaurant is a Volcano grill imported from Spain, around which an open kitchen operates. The kitchen is led by head chef Hanno Kuul, who has previously collaborated extensively with Da Vinci restaurant. The FUEGO concept is based on the fire dining principle, where food preparation takes place over open flame in front of guests' eyes.

Kuul, who has been involved in cooking, catering, and grill culture for over 30 years, said that for him everything starts with the quality of raw materials. "Especially with meat, I look for authentic flavor - the kind that doesn't need to be over-processed or hidden. I have always believed that the kitchen shouldn't be behind walls - the fire, smoke, work process, and the chefs' energy are part of the restaurant experience, and that's exactly what we want to offer here," said Kuul.

The interior design was created by interior architect Ines Haak at the office ACE OF BASE. The beverage menu and cocktail menu are compiled by sommelier and bartender Erik Tammeleht.
