Landen Builds 26 New Homes and 2 Business Spaces in Raadi Rose Park

In Raadi parish in Tartu county, Landen real estate development is expanding with Raadi Roosipark. In the second phase, two new apartment buildings will be built at Eskadrilli St. 4 and 6. Pre-sales of apartments have begun and the first buyers receive a discount of 1,000 euros per room.

Two A-energy class apartment buildings are rising in Raadi Roosipark, which will contain a total of 26 apartments ranging from one to five rooms and 2 commercial spaces. Pre-sales of the new homes are open and currently home buyers receive a discount of 1,000 euros per room. The completion of the buildings is planned for the end of 2027.

"Starting the second phase of the new development is an important step for us, as we continue to see strong development potential in Raadi and growing demand for well-thought-out homes," said Sten Uritam, CEO of Landen real estate.

The new buildings will complement the existing Raadi Roosipark development at Eskadrilli St. 2, which has 24 completed apartments and six commercial spaces.

After three construction phases, the new residential quarter will consist of four A-energy class apartment buildings with 92 homes of various sizes and commercial spaces. As the third phase, pre-sales will begin in 2027 for the apartment building at Eskadrilli St. 8, with the completion of the entire development reaching its final stage in the last quarter of 2028.

"Our goal is not simply to build four separate buildings, but to create a cohesive quarter where varying floor heights and building articulation create diverse street space. In shaping the entire living environment, we have drawn inspiration from the nearby Raadi manor and we want the new development to also carry forward the elegance, greenery, and peaceful nature of the manor park," added Uritam.
