Lahe Kinnisvara Opens Võru Real Estate Office

Lahe Kinnisvara opens today, June 9th, a Võru real estate office. The Võru office is Lahe Kinnisvara's fifth alongside offices in Tallinn, Tartu, Viljandi, and Pärnu.

The new office is located in downtown Võru in an office building at Jüri 19a and offers real estate sales, rental, and valuation services similar to the other offices.

The head of Lahe Kinnisvara's Võru office is Tanel Allas, who has been active in the real estate sector since 2007. Tanel Allas's first real estate development dates back to 2007, when a six-apartment residential building was reconstructed in Võru. Later, developments of semi-detached houses and row houses followed in Tartu and Tartu County. A three-apartment residential building reconstructed and expanded in Tartu's culturally valuable Karlova area has won the title of Tartu City's best building of 2012.

In 2018, Tanel Allas joined Lahe Kinnisvara. "Over the years, I commissioned expert valuations as a real estate developer, and I became interested in the factors affecting market value and the process of how market value is determined. I decided that the best knowledge would come from becoming a real estate appraiser, so I joined Lahe Kinnisvara," said Allas. In late autumn 2018, Allas became a professional appraiser. Since he has valued many properties in Võru, Valga, and Põlva counties and sales and valuation work in these regions continues, Lahe Kinnisvara Võru OÜ was established in 2022 and additional help was brought in with broker Kati Paloots and two professional appraisers – Kajar Lepik and Kendra Talts. In total, the Lahe Kinnisvara Võru team has four members.
