How an Empty Plot Became a Worry-Free Building
Marek stood in the middle of his new plot of land. The vision of the future building was clear in his head, but the reality – tall grass and emptiness – left him perplexed. Where to even begin? Should he first find an architect who would draw up the plans? Or a builder who could tell him what it would all cost? He had heard enough horror stories from acquaintances about how the drawings and the construction site didn't match up, and how the client had to stand between a quarrelsome architect and builder.
He knew that fixing mistakes on a construction site was already too late and expensive. A good building starts with decisions made before the first drawing. This is how Marek came to us.
The first meeting with Nool Projekt didn't start with drawing lines on paper, but with the brief. We reviewed together what and why he was building, what his plot actually allowed and what the law required. This way we got control of the construction budget already during the sketch phase, preventing the later situation where incoming construction quotes come as an unpleasant surprise to the client.
For Marek, the Nool Projekt approach meant complete peace of mind. We design and build ourselves. For him, this meant one contract and one responsible party — from idea to finished building. Since our designer and builder sit in the same office, no one shifted blame for work mistakes to the other during the process. When a question arose, the problem was simply solved.
