All One-Bedroom Apartments in Mustamäe Manhattan Are Sold

All one-bedroom apartments in Mustamäe Manhattan have been sold by now. The compact apartments were purchased both for investment purposes and as second homes by buyers whose permanent residence is located outside Tallinn.

The one-bedroom apartments in the development were 29.5–30 square meters in size, and one of them also had a spacious 8.8-square-meter terrace. Therefore, these were not minimal micro-apartments, but rather compactly designed homes of standard proportions with well-planned layouts, where the functionality of the living space did not come at the expense of comfort.

According to Mustamäe Manhattan sales manager Ave Klaser, the sale of one-bedroom apartments confirms that there is continued market demand for well-thought-out designed and conveniently located smaller homes.

"Among the buyers were both investors and people who wanted a second home in Tallinn for themselves. In making such a choice, people especially value good location, practical layout, and sufficient living space. Mustamäe Manhattan's one-bedroom apartments were complete homes of nearly 30 square meters, not merely living spaces squeezed into the smallest possible area," said Klaser.

Mustamäe Manhattan is rising in the heart of Mustamäe and combines living environment, commerce, parking, and wellness services into one unified whole. The development still has apartments of various sizes and layouts available, but the selection is decreasing.

The supply of four-bedroom homes is particularly limited. Mustamäe Manhattan currently has only five four-bedroom apartments of over 90 square meters available for sale.

"The selection of brand-new and spacious four-bedroom apartments in Mustamäe is scarce. Our 91.3–91.5-square-meter homes with two full-size bathrooms offer an opportunity for those who want to stay in Mustamäe but do not want to make compromises in spaciousness, quality of the new home, or location," added Klaser.

Mustamäe Manhattan, the tallest residential building in Mustamäe with 24 floors, will be completed in the summer of 2027.
