Kinnisvaras Now Has Three State-Recognized Real Estate Valuation Experts

Starting from March, Lahe Kinnisvara has three state-certified experts who conduct property valuation expertise. Professional property appraiser Grete Laanmets was also added to the list of court experts in March as a state-certified expert.

Currently, there are 9 experts in the property valuation field on the list in Estonia, of which 3 are active appraisers at Lahe Kinnisvara. In addition to Grete Laanmets, Karin Lapp and Virgo Laansoo are also state-certified experts at Lahe Kinnisvara.

The purpose of maintaining the list of state-certified experts is to provide an overview of specialists who can be used as experts in conducting court expertise. An expert is a person who has worked directly in the field for which state certification is being sought for at least three years before applying for inclusion in the state-certified expert list, and who has the qualifications required by nationally recognized standards for conducting expertise. In addition to the more general requirements, a property valuation expert must have acquired the highest professional qualification level, namely a level 7 professional certificate.
