The number of visits to the real estate portal Kinnisvara24 increased by 43% in August, or approximately 200,000 visits. The number of inquiries sent through the portal increased by more than half during the same period.

"Real estate market activity increased already in the second quarter, and in August we saw the same trend in user behavior on the portal. The number of inquiries grew faster than the number of visits, which shows that portal users did not limit themselves to just viewing listings," noted Urmas Uibomäe, CEO of Kinnisvara24.

Interest in land for sale increased the most, with 60% more inquiries for such listings in August. The number of inquiries for rental apartments increased by 58% and for houses for sale by 56%.

37% more inquiries were sent about apartments for sale and 23% more about business premises for rent. The number of personal inquiries sent directly to real estate agents increased by 31%.

"The statistics show that people have started actively searching for real estate again. Increasingly, they are also taking the next step and contacting the seller or agent," described Uibomäe what is happening in the market. Interest in rental apartments in August is growing mainly due to students who were looking for accommodation for the start of the academic year.

According to Uibomäe, the portal's overall growth was also supported by a significant increase in listings. The number of listings published by private individuals on Kinnisvara24 increased almost 1.7 times. "The choice of portals by advertisers has been influenced, among other things, by this year's price increases of competing portals," added Uibomäe. In terms of new development and business premises listings, Kinnisvara24 is the market leader.

According to Uibomäe, 85 new real estate agencies have joined the portal during the year, and it is used daily by 1,285 real estate agents.
