A scandal that erupted a year ago between real estate portals owned by one owner operating on the market and major real estate agencies has by now subsided, as competition has returned between the portals. The overly sharp price increase in the spring of last year prompted real estate agencies to seek an alternative for publishing their real estate listings. Kinnisvara24, founded by Ekspress Grupp and real estate agencies, has by now gained momentum. The portal already has over 15,000 listings and on average 100 new listings are added every day.

Kinnisvara24 attracts real estate seekers with its innovative and simple user interface and search engine.
