Real estate developer Invego's Keila Parkhouses project has received building permits and NOBE has begun construction work. The residential area with a total of 120 apartments will cost 17 million euros, with the first homes completed in the second half of 2025.

Building permits are in place and the first phase of construction has begun by now. Cooperation with the local municipality in Keila has been very substantive and Parkhouses will be a sufficiently private, very beautiful and green residential area," praised Invego CEO Kristjan-Thor Vähi and added that there has been great interest in Keila Parkhouses even before construction began. "Thanks to very good connections with Tallinn, Keila is attractive to those who are closely connected to the capital but wish to live daily in a more peaceful environment," said Vähi.

The residential area being developed at the edge of Keila town center's pine park spans 30,000 square meters in total and is designed to value the park area and green landscaping. "Keila Parkhouses will be built in such a way that they blend into a forest landscape, creating a pleasant integrated living environment, providing residents with sufficient privacy," explained Vähi.

The Keila Parkhouses residential area will consist of six A-energy class apartment buildings, totaling 120 one- to five-room apartments with balconies and terraces. Keila Parkhouses residential area is designed by Apex Architectural Bureau.
