Keila Parkhouses Built by Invego on NOBE's Order for 17 Million Euros
Invego selected NOBE as the builder of Keila Pargikoduced with a total of 120 apartments for the new residential area, the construction cost is 17 million euros and the first homes will be completed in 2025.
According to Invego's CEO Kristjan-Thor Vähi, in addition to a strong offer, NOBE's previous successful cooperation on the development of Tiskreoja, Tabasalu Kodu, Luccaranna and Uus-Järveküla residential areas spoke in favor of NOBE. "The choice of construction partner for a new residential area is an important strategic decision and a good price is never the only argument for Invego. We want to build homes for people with the same care as we would for ourselves and therefore we consider it very important that the builder also shares the same values," emphasized Vähi.
According to NOBE's construction director and board member Priit Nigols, cooperation has worked well over the years. "We share the same views with Invego on building holistic living environments, which ensures mutual understanding and trust, resulting in both a smooth construction process and a quality end result," said Nigols.
The residential area to be built at the edge of the pine park in Keila's city center spans a total of 30 thousand square meters and is designed to value the park area and green landscaping. "Keila Pargikooded will be built so that they blend in with the forest area, creating a pleasant holistic living environment, providing residents with sufficient privacy," explained Vähi.
The Keila Pargikooded residential area will consist of six A-energy class apartment buildings, with a total of 120 one- to five-room apartments with balconies and terraces. The Keila Pargikooded residential area will be designed by Apex Architecture Bureau.
