Last week, Keila's newest development, Allika Kodud, was officially opened. A 5-story building with modern architecture was erected in the heart of Keila near Central Park. The ribbon was cut by Keila Deputy Mayor Inga Angerjas, developer Scandium board member Kalle Aron, project manager Madis Lett, and Tesron construction company CEO Kaspar Viks.

Allika Kodud is a cozy apartment building with 25 apartments, which was built on Allika street near Central Park in Keila. Large balconies and terraces, solar panels, a separate storage room for bicycles and strollers, an elevator, and a green roof are the key features that characterize the development. The building is already surrounded by beautiful green areas and fresh landscaping today. The most distinctive element – the green roof – appears like a park amid other apartment buildings on asphalt streets. This helps distribute rainwater load on city infrastructure and water networks. Additionally, it keeps the city air cleaner. As a third benefit, the green roof does not attract as much sun heat as a black roof and protects against winter cold.

The opening was also attended by Keila Deputy Mayor Inge Angerjas, who pointed out that the building's architecture and appearance turned out even better than one could see and hope for in the original 3D image.

Maido Lüiste, CEO of Scandium Real Estate: "Keila is making a real developmental leap, and we are grateful that we could contribute here with thoughtfully designed modern homes. Last year, the modern Keila Song Stage was completed, where several community events have already taken place by now. The Keila Center under construction will bring the city many additional recreational opportunities."

"Young families who want to move to a more modern building and a larger apartment often look in this direction, as capital city prices tend to remain unaffordable for the same quality. Allika Kodud is a great opportunity here to live in the heart of a vibrant beautiful city surrounded by greenery. Today, 10 comfortable apartments out of the 25 apartments are still available, and we are happy to show them along with the model apartment to everyone who dreams of life in Keila," said Lüiste.

The 5-story Allika Kodud building was developed by Scandium Real Estate, designed by AB Korrus, and built by main contractor Tesron Ehitus. For more information about the building www.allikakodud.ee
