Domus Kinnisvara OÜ has appointed Kairit Kasepuu, who has extensive financial experience, as the CEO and board member of its subsidiary Domus FND OÜ, which manages cash flow investment projects.

Kairit Kasepuu, who worked for more than 10 years at PricewaterhouseCoopers as a project manager and senior auditor, is now heading Domus Kinnisvara's cash flow investment projects business line. According to Ingvar Allekand, a board member of Domus Kinnisvara's parent company, Kairit Kasepuu's joining is of significant importance and a key to the company's future growth strategy. "Domus Kinnisvara is known and highly valued primarily for its service business, but the largest volumes in the group have so far come from residential development. Now is the right time to focus on creating a commercial real estate portfolio that offers investors stable returns and long-term value through effective property management," said Ingvar Allekand.

According to Kairit Kasepuu, competition in the real estate market is fierce and there are challenges in the commercial real estate sector, but it is all the more exciting to take on this new role. "Domus Kinnisvara has long-term real estate market experience and a very professional team, which is why the decision to join the real estate sector came naturally," said Kairit Kasepuu. Kairit Kasepuu, who previously led an accounting firm and held the position of strategy manager at a technology company, will be responsible for implementing the Domus FND strategy, communicating with investors, and finding commercial real estate objects that offer adequate returns. "The commercial real estate sector is facing both geopolitical headwinds and a changing economic environment, but the best opportunities may well be hidden in moments when a large part of market participants are on standby," Kairit Kasepuu added optimistically.

Domus FND OÜ is a company that manages cash flow investment projects and is part of the Domus Kinnisvara group, which was founded in 2002. The vision of Domus FND is to create long-term and stable value for investors, focusing on commercial real estate investments and efficient portfolio management.
