On Jüri Circle, the height achievement of the Ring 11 stock-office building was celebrated with a roofing ceremony
The Ringi 11 stock-office building developed by Stadium Real Estate OÜ in cooperation with Evicon Ehitus OÜ on the outskirts of Jüri ring has reached its full height and spatial form, which was celebrated on 02.05.2024 with a joint roof-raising ceremony. Only 6 months remain until the building's final completion.
Ringi 11 stock-office is already the second prestigious office building developed by Stadium Real Estate and being completed in the Ringi Business Park on the edge of Jüri town, directly next to the ring road. The first completed Ringi 13 building has been well received by clients and is 100% leased.
Jüri ring, with its strategic location and visibility to clients, offers one of the best locations in the Tallinn surrounding area, where many companies engaged in high-tech manufacturing and development, logistics, trade and services wish to be located. The central location on Tallinn's ring road offers good connections to all districts of Tallinn, ports and airports, and main roads. The completed multifunctional building with approximately 6800 m2 of rentable space has been created specifically with the needs of such companies in mind.
Despite the economic uncertainty that has prevailed over the past year and a half and the postponement of construction launches for many development projects, Stadium Real Estate OÜ sees strong or emerging companies already operating in different sectors who are looking optimistically ahead and want to expand their activities. This knowledge gave courage and confidence to start construction of a new large building in November 2023.
