A topping-out ceremony was held on Friday at Luige near Tallinn, where seven buildings simultaneously reached their full height. In the joint development by Everaus Kinnisvara and Scandium Kinnisvara, homes for approximately 90 families are being built across 20 different houses. The first apartments will be completed already this summer.

In Luige's largest residential development in recent years, ridge decorations were lowered on seven first buildings. Already this summer, 28 townhouse-type homes will be completed along with a walking promenade and yard areas.

According to Janar Muttik, head of Everaus Kinnisvara, the strength of Luige Homes is a beautifully unified-style residential quarter located just a few kilometers from Tallinn. "Luige has developed greatly over the past year – a large Luige Center with a 24/7 gym recently opened here, which the area has been waiting for for a long time. Also under construction are new retail spaces and ball game halls, which will be less than a kilometer away from our quarter. This way our area has become a cozy 10-minute environment, where we are also planning to arrange facilities for convenient childcare."

Plans to begin construction of the second phase are scheduled for the end of summer. In addition to townhouse-type homes, two attractive apartment buildings will be added to the development, where interested parties will find more compact apartments with balconies alongside spacious family homes.

Maido Lüiste, head of Scandium Kinnisvara: "Moving with a family to the outskirts of Tallinn away from the hustle and bustle is a trend we see around us often. The developer's task is to make this living environment as full-fledged as possible. We have achieved this well with Luige Homes – the conveniences and additional amenities offered in these homes surpass many capital city homes in detail and living environment. Moreover, a cozy community will form here, where children can comfortably visit friends and parents can enjoy the benefits of a quieter and greener life."

The architects of Luige Homes are Janar Blehner and Olavi Kukk from Apex Architects, the interior architect is Lilia Kristianson. The first phase homes will be completed this summer.
