IT company Wisercat opened a new office at Fahle Park
The software company Wisercat Estonia has set a goal to grow 30% annually and soon rise to the ranks of Estonia's largest service providers. The expansion of the team necessitated additional office space, and recently the company opened a new office in one of the faster-developing business districts, Fahle Park. The company retained its second office in Tallinn and a smaller office in Tartu.
The Estonian information technology company Wisercat, with more than a hundred team members, contributes daily to both the public and private sectors' digital transformation. "In Estonia, the state is our biggest partner and we plan to develop the partnership further by expanding project volumes. We have strong domain expertise in finance, cybersecurity, social, and healthcare sectors," said Wisercat Estonia's head Mehis Sihvart.
In addition to Estonia, Wisercat operates in several other countries around the world, where it offers comprehensive digital solutions and where significant growth potential is also seen. Wisercat's international client portfolio includes names such as Westernacher Consulting, ABBYY, SAP, Ericsson, Synchronoss, Revolut, Jingle Pay, and others.
In the new Fahle Park office, work is primarily conducted on Estonian projects. The team dedicated to international projects is located in Tallinn's second office. "We wanted teams related to the same business areas to work together," said Sihvart.
Wisercat's Estonian clients include the Ministry of Finance, Ministry of Climate, State Information System Authority, Center of Registers and Information Systems, Health Board, Elering, Omniva, Agricultural Registers Information System Authority, Kuehne + Nagel, and also the Unemployment Insurance Fund, which is also located in Fahle Park.
Wisercat's Fahle office spans approximately 1,000 square meters across two floors and allows the company to accommodate new people as it grows.
According to Sihvart, when working in the technology sector, it is important that the office creates added value and is appealing to both employees and clients. "Currently, we see that the new office in Fahle Park has brought more people to the office. Employees prefer to be in the office about 70% of the time. We believe this is due to both the special environment characteristic of Fahle Park and active community activities. Continuous events and parties bring people together. The interesting combination of historical and modern solutions in Fahle's architecture caught our attention immediately," said Sihvart.
As an innovative company, Wisercat also considered the environmental sustainability aspect of the office, and since Fahle Park is certified with the BREEAM green label at the highest level, this was a major plus. "The buildings here are energy-efficient. For example, our spaces are designed with a DALI system. We are also in a logistically convenient location, easily accessible by public transport, on foot, or by bicycle, which makes mobility economical," Sihvart provided some examples.
