A new office building developed by Invego has been completed on Telliskivi Street in Tallinn, on the border of Kalamaja and Pelgulinna, with a total investment of five million euros. In addition to office spaces, the building also houses Reval Cafe and Sodita, a Mexican restaurant with a novel concept.

According to Invego's CEO Kristjan-Thor Vähi, the new building fits well into the Telliskivi district, which has so far lacked modern A-class business premises. "Our goal was to create a flexible and contemporary work environment that would fit well with Telliskivi's character and vibrant atmosphere. I believe we managed to do this quite well, and so we decided to move Invego's own office to the new business building," said Vähi, and highlighted among other tenants the long-established real estate agency LAAM and the communications agency KPMS.

Reval Cafe has already established itself on the first floor of the office building, and next week, the novel concept restaurant Sodita will open its doors nearby. "Telliskivi is today's Tallinn hotspot and therefore also the most suitable place for chef-visionary Orm Oja's new concept. Sodita is a meeting place for Mexican cuisine, modern music, and pleasantly chilled people," promises Anri Treifeldt, who belongs to the circle of owners of both the cafe, restaurant, and office building, and asks to be patient, as there are already hundreds of interested people on the waiting lists for the new restaurant's first evenings. The head chef of restaurant Sodita is Laura Sillaots.

The architectural solution for the three-story office building was created by Kauss Architecture Bureau, and the builder is 1Partner Ehitus, whose team has extensive experience in construction and renovation in districts with distinctive history.
