Invego selected NOBE as the builder of the new Luccaranna residential area

Real estate developer Invego has selected construction company NOBE as the builder of the seaside Luccaranna residential area on the outskirts of Tallinn, with the construction of 17 apartment buildings and 11 townhouses costing approximately 31 million euros.

According to Kristjan-Thor Vähi, Luccaranna, spanning ten hectares, is the largest uniformly developed residential area in the Tiskre and Tabasalu region. "For us, it is important that people building their new homes in Luccaranna can move in nicely next year," said Vähi and added that NOBE's work has received good feedback from clients on Invego's previous development projects. "We are also currently working with them on Tiskre and Tabasalu Kodu developments, but these residential areas will soon be sold out and finished," Vähi said.

The winning entry in the architectural competition held to find the best solution for the Luccaranna area was created by Kuu architects. The centerpiece of the residential area is a linear park with a walking path, which connects the homes to natural vegetation areas and the shoreline. "Between the houses there will be a spacious car-free recreation area, and the neighborhood as a whole offers homeowners plenty of privacy," described Kristjan-Thor Vähi.

Luccaranna is located in Tallinn, in the seaside part of the Tiskre district next to the Tabasalu bank. In the 19th century, it was a popular vacation spot for the more refined classes. The Luccaranna area, along with Georg Witte's bathing salon located in Kadriorg, was one of the country's most popular seaside resorts for both Tallinn and St. Petersburg high society. The Lucca and Tiskre resorts were visited in their time by the poet Pushkin's family and his friends, as well as the distinguished historian and writer Karamzin.

The first-floor homes in the new residential area have terraces, and most apartments have balconies. The comprehensive concept of the area, including both the buildings and the entire surrounding environment, was created by Kuu architects. The first homes in the Luccaranna development will be completed in 2022.
