In the first two months of the year, 15 families used the new home purchase support offered by real estate developer Invego, and the total amount of support reached 170,000 euros.

The home purchase support was prompted by the declining birth rate in Estonia in recent years and negative net migration, which is both a current concern and an increasingly deepening problem. "Estonia needs more children and we all want young families to feel more secure and dare to make bigger life decisions," commented Invego's CEO Kristjan-Thor Vähi.

According to Vähi, it is natural that successful companies can give back to society through various charitable initiatives. "This is our contribution to fighting population decline and societal aging, and to supporting Estonia's development. At the same time, we support families with children in fulfilling their dreams," emphasized Invego's CEO and confirmed that similar initiatives can be expected from the company in the future.

At the beginning of this year, Invego offered new home purchase support of up to 25,000 euros according to the number of children growing up in the family, and this applied to all homes in the Keila Parkkodu, Uus-Järveküla, Tiskreoja and Luccaranna developments. Additionally, all new homes built by Invego include a unique 5-year warranty period in Estonia.

Invego is one of Estonia's leading real estate development companies with more than a decade of experience, currently working on approximately 30 development projects in three countries. In recent years, over 1,300 homes and more than 50,000 m² of commercial space have been built in Tallinn and its surroundings. Invego's largest developments in Estonia include the recently completed Tiskreoja and Tabasalu Kodu, as well as the currently ongoing Luccaranna, Uus-Järveküla and Keila Parkkodu residential areas. In Latvia's capital, the company is developing Vitolu Parks, Parka Kvartals and Skanstes Rezidences residential areas, and near Riga, a townhouse residential area is being built in Vide Adaži. In the summer, Invego began development of Silves Hills in southern Portugal, a 165-villa project spanning 65 hectares.
