Invego Completed First Phase of 17 Million Euro Keila Parkihomes Residential Area
In the 17 million euro Keila Pargikodude residential area being developed by Invego, the first phase with 40 homes is complete, and all apartments located in a natural pine park are flooded with light thanks to large windows and balconies-terraces.
According to Invego CEO Kristjan-Thor Vähi, the homes are ready for move-in and new homeowners will receive their keys in the coming days. "From the homebuyer's perspective, it is important that alongside a well-planned apartment, the entire living environment surrounding the home is comprehensively solved. Apex architectural bureau has done excellent work and I can confidently say that this is the most beautiful residential area in Keila," Vähi emphasizes, adding that all homes have their own spacious balcony or terrace, which is designed as an extension of the living room. In this way, each resident has views of the greenery among the lush pines and at the same time sufficient privacy.
According to Vähi, Keila is increasingly preferred today not only by locals but also by Tallinn residents who wish to live at a more relaxed pace, while still having the opportunity to reach Tallinn's city center in half an hour. "Keila has developed significantly in recent years, many services and leisure activities have been added, not to mention kindergartens and schools," says the Invego CEO, giving examples of a soon-to-open modern center with a cinema, sports club and large children's area, as well as the award-winning song stage, park complex, and numerous opportunities for sports ranging from the swimming pool to cross-country ski trails.
The Keila Pargikodude residential area will consist of six energy class A apartment buildings, which will contain a total of 120 one- to five-room apartments with balconies and terraces, as well as thoughtfully designed rest areas and recreation areas with facilities for children of various ages. All homebuyers also receive a five-year construction warranty from Invego, so that the new owner does not have to worry about their investment and can settle comfortably into their new home. Pargikodud is located in a highly green area just a few steps away from Keila health trails, water center and Keila school.
