Invego is building the 36 million euro Luccaranna waterfront residential district in Tallinn

Kristjan-Thor Vähi's real estate company Invego is building a new Luccaranna residential district on the waterfront side of the Tiskre suburb located on the outskirts of Tallinn, featuring 16 apartment buildings and 11 townhouses. The total project value is 36 million euros.

According to Kristjan-Thor Vähi, the Luccaranna area, which spans nearly ten hectares, is the largest unified residential development area in the Tiskre and Tabasalu region. "At the same time, we are not filling this beautiful waterfront location with concrete, but rather the houses will be small, distinctive, and in balance with nature," said Vähi, adding that the winning design for the competition held to find the best solution for the area was created by Kuu architects.

"Luccaranna will become a unique residential district in all of Estonia, with a linear park at its center along with a walking path connecting the homes to natural vegetation areas and the shoreline. Between the houses there will be a spacious car-free recreational area, and residents will have a public beach pavilion where you can, for example, rinse your SUP board clean of sand or spend time on the terrace," described Kristjan-Thor Vähi.

Luccaranna is located in the waterfront part of the Tiskre suburb next to Tabasalu bank. "The Luccaranna area, together with Georg Witte's bathing salon located in Kadriorg, was one of the country's most popular beach resorts among both Tallinn and St. Petersburg high society, and I believe we will succeed in creating the atmosphere of a period Kadriorg resort in the environment of the new residential district as well," added Vähi. The Lucca and Tiskre resorts were visited in their time by the poet Pushkin's family and his friends, as well as the renowned historian and writer Karamzin.

The homes on the first floor of the new district will have terraces, and almost all apartments will have balconies. The holistic concept of the area, both the houses and the entire surrounding environment, has been created by Kuu architects. The first homes in the Luccaranna development will be completed in 2022.

Invego is simultaneously building the nearby Tiskreoja residential district with 400 homes and Tabasalu Kodu with 100 apartments.
