Invego Builds a Unique Townhouse Residential Area Worth More Than 18 Million Euros

Viimsi Verve (1)

Real estate developer Invego is investing over 18 million euros in Viimsi municipality, Haabneeme township, to create a new residential area called Verve. A total of 60 new generation townhouses will be built, with the first ones completed in 2027.

According to Invego CEO Kristjan-Thor Vähi, Verve residential quarter, located in close proximity to the Viimsi open-air museum, is a unique solution where townhouses are positioned not side-by-side, but rather back-to-back. "This type of planning allows for more energy-efficient construction and brings more daylight and large windows into the homes, and in addition, the stepped building layout provides more privacy for each courtyard," explains Vähi, and emphasizes separately that such a solution makes home layouts compact and economical, which in turn allows for keeping home prices affordable.

One of Verve's key strengths is its location and surrounding environment, where there is abundant natural high vegetation both in the residential area and its surroundings. "Around the new homes there will be plenty of greenery, because we are preserving the surrounding forest area to the maximum extent and connecting it sustainably with the newly created living environment," confirms Vähi, considering it particularly important that in addition to location and planning, the surroundings of the homes are also special and cohesive.

Verve residential quarter is primarily suitable for families looking for spacious homes and who value a quiet and private living environment. "In addition to the fact that the residential quarter itself is surrounded by greenery, Verve townhouses are surrounded by protected State Forest and Nature Management Centre forest areas, and the seaside is just a few minutes' walk away. Nearby there is Laanelinnu kindergarten, schools and other necessities for living," explains Vähi.

Verve residential quarter being created by Invego in Viimsi municipality, Haabneeme township, will consist of five A-energy class townhouses, which will contain a total of 60 spacious new generation homes, with the first ones being completed at Metsalille tee 1 and Metsalille tee 3 addresses already in 2027.
