Invego: Provides 5-Year Warranty on All New Homes
Invego, one of Estonia's leading real estate developers, is providing a five-year construction guarantee with every new home purchase starting in October.
"The decision to provide a five-year guarantee for all homes from now on sets a new standard. The law requires two years, we have so far offered three, but our homes are worth more," commented Kristjan-Thor Vähi, who believes that the market's longest guarantee period expresses above all confidence and conviction in the high quality of both their own and their partners' work. "To be honest, this decision wasn't difficult. If respectable car manufacturers can provide a five-year guarantee, then why shouldn't a respectable real estate developer be able to do so," explains Vähi.
For a home buyer, a five-year guarantee ensures peace of mind for a long time – if any problems arise, Invego will solve them. "We listened to our customers and began to offer extended guarantees for an additional fee. Now we decided that the time is ripe to raise the bar higher and make a five-year guarantee the new standard," said Kristjan-Thor Vähi.
"This is our firm and lasting commitment, not a short-term marketing trick or campaign offer. Our marketing activities will continue in the usual manner, but the five-year guarantee is a promise beyond campaigns that will now apply to all new homes and always," confirmed Invego's head.
Invego, focused on creating complete living environments, has built homes for more than 1000 families in Tallinn and its surroundings in recent years. Today, you can already purchase a home with the new guarantee in the developing Luccaranna and Uus-Järveküla residential areas, and the last apartments are also available in the Tiskreoja residential area, which was completed this summer.
