Invego Offers Home Purchase Support Based on the Number of Growing Children in the Family
Real estate developer Invego launched the project "Estonia Needs More Children", through which when purchasing a new home, families can receive up to 25,000 euros in purchase support depending on the number of children growing up in the family.
"The more children grow up in a family, the greater the need for a more spacious home, but daily expenses are usually also higher. We decided to support families with children in purchasing a new home," explained Invego's head Kristjan-Thor Vähi, adding that within the special offer, when purchasing a home in any Invego development, families can receive 5,000 euros in purchase support for each child growing up in the family. "All of our developments are thoroughly thought-out holistic living environments that are designed primarily for families with children," described Vähi, adding that all Invego developments offer spacious 4-5-room homes for families.
According to Kristjan-Thor Vähi, the recent news that Estonia's natural increase has been negative since 2021 and this trend seems to be continuing prompted the offering of purchase support based on the number of children. " Estonia needs more children and we all want more children to be born in Estonia. This special offer is Invego's contribution to support those families who are investing in Estonia's future through children," said Vähi about the background of the initiative, who considers every small step important in countering the decline in natural increase and the aging of society.
The developer's purchase support of up to 25,000 euros for a new home depends on the number of children growing up in the family and applies to all homes in the Keila Park Homes, New-Järveküla, Tiskreoja, and Luccaranna developments. In addition, all new homes built by Invego include a unique 5-year warranty period in Estonia.
