Invego Offers Teachers 15,000 Euros in Support for Purchasing a New Home
Real estate developer Invego offers home purchase support of up to 15,000 euros until the end of September to all teachers working in Estonian schools and kindergartens when purchasing a new home in all residential areas developed by the company.
According to Invego CEO Kristjan-Thor Vähi, ten teachers have already used a similar offer previously, whom the developer has thus supported with a combined amount of 150,000 euros. "At the start of the new school year, we are once again providing momentum to improve the quality of life for teachers. This is Invego's very direct contribution to ensure that Estonia has more well-motivated, capable teachers," explains Vähi, and adds that through this initiative, the company recognizes and supports teachers' contribution to society.
Previously, teachers have used the offered support to purchase homes in the developments of Uus-Järveküla, Luccaranna, and Keila Pargikodude. Invego offers teachers 15,000 euros in support for purchasing a 2-room or larger apartment and 10,000 euros in support for purchasing a 1-room apartment, and this opportunity is valid until the end of September. In addition, Invego, as the only developer in Estonia, provides a 5-year building guarantee with each home, which extends to everything in the new home, starting from ventilation systems and heating equipment and ending with parquet and faucets.
