Invego Offers Teachers 15,000 Euros Home Purchase Support Until End of Summer
Real estate developer Invego is offering a home purchase subsidy of up to 15,000 euros until the end of August to all teachers working in Estonian schools and kindergartens when purchasing any size new home in one of the company's residential developments.
According to Invego's director Kristjan-Thor Vähi, the motivation behind the offered subsidy is a desire to appreciate teachers - to highlight their everyday work and reward them in their own way. "A new home brings joy and gives fresh energy, and this is what we as developers can offer. Now, with the school year coming to an end and a longer summer break beginning, teachers hopefully have more free time to catch their breath and make future plans," explains Vähi, why the offer is being made right now.
Invego has a wide selection of different new homes for sale in Tallinn and its surroundings - more private Uus-Järveküla terraced houses with their own gardens and also spacious apartments with balconies and terraces in the Keila Pargikodud, Luccaranna and Tiskreoja residential developments. "Invego developments stand out with their smart planning, where in addition to great emphasis has also been placed on the comprehensive development of the entire residential area together with greenery, recreation areas, playgrounds and sports fields," emphasizes Vähi and adds that each home comes with a 5-year construction guarantee, which extends to everything in a purchased apartment, starting from ventilation systems and heating equipment and ending with parquet or faucets.
The offer applies to teachers who purchase a home in Invego developments between 12.05.2025-31.08.2025.
