Invego Invests Over 20 Million Euros in Development of New Residential Area in Latvia
Invego, one of Estonia's largest developers of new residential areas, is making an investment of over 20 million euros in Latvia to build the Vide Ađaži residential area, consisting exclusively of townhouses. The first homes of the development will be completed by the coming winter in Ađaži, located in the immediate vicinity of the capital Riga.
"With Vide Ađaži, we have drawn inspiration from the Uus-Järveküla residential area already emerging next to Tallinn, which also consists of townhouses, and we have also benefited from the experience of Tiskreoja and Luccaranna," explained Invego's head Kristjan-Thor Vähi.
Vide Ađaži is located in one of the most valued areas of Riga's surrounding region, approximately half an hour's drive away in the midst of naturally beautiful forest patches and lakes. The townhouse homes are of different heights, so you can choose between homes that span two floors or those situated on just one level. Each unit also comes with a spacious terrace and garden area.
"The reputation of Estonia's major real estate developers in the Latvian market is good, Estonians are valued and trusted. Vide Ađaži is our first independent development of this scale in Latvia, but over the past couple of years we have also successfully developed the Parka Kvartals apartment building project in Riga with our partners," said Kristjan-Thor Vähi about the company's activities so far in the southern neighboring country.
Invego is one of Estonia's leading real estate development companies, which has built a total of over 1100 homes in Tallinn and its surroundings in recent years. Among Invego's better-known projects are the already completed Vana-Peetri, Tabasalu Kodu and Tiskreoja, as well as the Luccaranna and Uus-Järveküla residential areas currently under construction.
