Invego Viimsi OÜ, which belongs to the real estate developer Invego group, concluded a contract with construction company NOBE OÜ worth 11.78 million (9.5 million, plus VAT) euros to build the Verve residential district in Viimsi municipality, Haabneeme village, consisting of 58 next-generation townhouses.

According to Invego's head Kristjan-Thor Vähi, signing the contract with the builder is an important milestone to jointly begin the design process, reach a building permit in the near future, and start construction of the residential district. "With Verve, we are not simply creating new townhouses, but an entirely new integrated living environment that combines modern architecture, energy-efficient solutions, and a nature-oriented lifestyle. Invego and NOBE's previous excellent cooperation experience gives us confidence that Verve could become the most valued residential district in the region," explained Vähi and expressed hope that the first houses could be completed by the end of 2027.

According to NOBE construction director and board member Priit Nigols, Verve has been designed in a novel ambitious manner and stands out architecturally from existing townhouse residential districts. "We are genuinely pleased to continue cooperation with Invego – a developer with whom we share similar values in creating quality and integrated living environments. The Verve development combines well-thought-out solutions, a cozy environment, and a nature-oriented living space, and NOBE is happy to bring its experience to its development," said Nigols.

The Verve residential district, to be built near the Viimsi open-air museum, will consist of five A-energy class buildings, which will house a total of 58 homes, and Invego will invest over 18 million euros in the project. As the architectural and entirely novel distinctive feature of the residential district, the townhouses are arranged back-to-back instead of the usual side-by-side. Such a solution enables more energy-efficient construction, more natural light, larger window areas, and greater privacy for each courtyard.

One of the greatest values of the Verve residential district is its location and green living environment. The residential quarter is surrounded by natural dense greenery and the buildings are positioned and divided in such a way that the existing forest, large trees, and natural terrain are preserved, and each home has a private, peaceful, and green-surrounded living space. Protected RMK forest areas and a seaside area are located near the development, and schools, kindergartens, and other necessary daily infrastructure are also nearby.
