Invego and Reterra's 14 Million Euro Residential Complex Skanste Residences is Complete and Has Received an Occupancy Permit

Skanstes Rezidences residential quarter built in Riga through the cooperation of Estonian real estate developers Invego and Reterra is completed and has received its building permit. The complex, which cost a total of 14 million euros, consists of 67 modern premium-class apartments.

Skanstes Rezidences is located on Grostonase Street in Riga and consists of two eight-story A-energy class residential buildings, designed by the architecture firm Salto Architects. "Our goal was to create something more than just apartments - a special living environment that combines world-class architecture, comfort and long-term value. We are pleased to see that what we planned has become a reality today," comments Kristjan-Thor Vähi, head of Invego, and adds that Skanstes Rezidences has proven to be a popular choice among private investors putting money into real estate entering the Riga market as well.

The complex built by construction company Mapri Būve includes 67 apartments ranging from one to four rooms, with prices starting from 124,900 euros. The project has paid special attention to natural light, spaciousness and modern comfort. The apartments feature large windows and balconies, first-floor apartments have private terraces and loft-like layouts. Some apartments have ceiling heights reaching up to six meters. Residents also have access to roof terraces and, as an added convenience, a spacious underground parking lot.
