Invego Started Construction of Verve Residential Complex in Viimsi Worth 18 Million Euros

Real estate developer Invego has begun construction of the Verve residential area in Haabneeme, Viimsi Municipality. The residential area, which consists of five row houses with A-energy class rating, will have a total of 58 homes and the project's total investment exceeds 18 million euros.

The construction of the Verve residential area, which is being built near the Viimsi open-air museum, is being carried out by NOBE, and the first homes will be completed next year. "With Verve, which is being built in the Haabneeme primeval forest, it is important for us to create a living environment where a nature-close lifestyle, modern architecture, and energy-efficient solutions blend together into a unified whole more than usual. In comfortable proximity are both the sea and Viimsi center with all its useful infrastructure," comments Invego's head Kristjan-Thor Vähi.

By the time construction began, nearly half of the homes in the residential area's two first buildings had been sold, and the developer has just launched public sales of the third building. Verve distinguishes itself from typical row houses through an innovative solution developed by Invego, where homes are positioned back-to-back next to each other, rather than side-by-side as is typical. This makes the buildings significantly more energy-efficient, allows more natural light into the homes and larger window areas, and gives each courtyard area more privacy. The home layouts are compact and without large corridors, which allows the existing space to be used as efficiently as possible. The architectural solution for Verve was created by Architect11 and landscape architecture is the responsibility of Studio Punktiir.

According to Invego's head, one of Verve's most important strengths is its location and the environment surrounding it. "Verve is located in a green and naturally diverse area, and in planning the entire residential quarter, we have been guided by the preservation of the existing environment. The buildings are positioned and structured in such a way that as much existing forest, large trees, and natural relief are preserved as possible, and each home receives a private, peaceful, and green-surrounded living space," describes Vähi and adds that schools, kindergartens, and other infrastructure necessary for everyday life are also located nearby.
