Home Ready for Autumn
Autumn is here and with it comes a lot of falling leaves, increased rainfall, and puddles have taken over all the streets. But how do you prepare your home for all of this? We have some good tips for you.
Place an umbrella stand in the entryway
This way you always know where to find it and at the same time there is a safe place where it can dry peacefully. There are various umbrella stands and you can find them in practically all quality home furnishing stores.
Set up a special shoe drying area
If it suits your shoes, use an area with underfloor heating for this. However, some rubber boots are not designed to be dried with heat and may need another solution, such as hanging them on a rack.
Use a dirt mat
These are not expensive, but they are great helpers in homes in such an environment. It happens that someone marches into the room with dirty shoes for a moment and leaves traces behind. A dirt mat, however, quickly absorbs most of the dirt and more serious damage is prevented.
Do you have enough hangers?
Summer cardigans and light jackets are now on break and they are quickly replaced with thicker jackets, parkas, and coats. This means that you need significantly more hanging space than during the warmer period. Take a critical look at your situation!
