Hepsor Got a New Landlord in Tervisemaja - Free Rental Spaces Disappearing
The capital's first green-minded P113 Health Center will soon become the new home for Medicum's MRI (magnetic resonance imaging) center.
A new center will open its doors in May at the Health Center located at Pärnu maantee 113, enabling doctors to send patients for top-level examinations more quickly.
"Providing quality radiology services with good accessibility to Medicum and our partners' patients has been a strategic priority for the company. Opening a second innovative MRI center in the excellent facilities of P113 Health Center diversifies our MRI service options and accessibility. We hope to be good partners for both the clinics located in the Health Center and other clinics that value speed and quality," said Medicum's board chairman Tõnis Allik.
The opening of the center in May will improve access to quality healthcare services and make it possible to reduce MRI examination waiting lists in Tallinn.
"The idea of the Health Center was to create a modern and healthy environment where medical companies could offer their services under the best conditions. Medicum's new MRI center complements the Health Center's diverse range of medical services well," said Hepsor Estonia country manager Mihkel Mäger.
The Health Center opened in 2024 and brings together several top private healthcare providers under one roof. "By now, most of the building has been rented out, but there is still space on two floors for larger and smaller practices," said Mäger.
Already operating in the Health Center are Fertilitas, Sclinic, family doctor center Sinu Arst, psychiatric clinic Brisnovus, and Nessa Therapy Center. In addition, the building houses architecture firm PULSS and a lunch restaurant Plus Kohvikud.
The green-minded P113 Health Center was designed by PULSS architects. The building was constructed by Mitt & Perlebach. The A-energy class building is designed to be energy efficient, using ground heating and cooling as well as solar panels.
