On September 17, a roof-raising ceremony was held in Haabersti, Tallinn for Everaus Kinnisvara's new contactless mini storage complex. The Haabersti storage complex is being built in cooperation with AS Maru Ehitus, and upon its opening at the end of 2025, Everaus Kinnisvara will become the largest mini storage rental service provider in the Baltics.

The four-story building brings 342 contactless mini storage units to the market, ranging from 2 to 20 square meters in size, including garage boxes with hoists. The storage building is open 24/7, and the rental process takes place through the website in just a few minutes without leaving home or the office, or even on-site from a mobile device at the storage building.

"When we entered the mini storage rental market in 2021, we wanted to break the memory of musty and dark basement boxes and offer a modern storage solution that keeps pace with technological advances in the sector, for those who lack storage space at home or in the office. Our first mini storage complex in Peetri has been well received, and residents of the rapidly growing Haabersti eagerly await the opening of the new complex, because a storage space that is accessible 24/7, warm and secure solves the permanent or temporary space shortage for local residents, but also for small entrepreneurs in the best possible way," commented the company's managing director and founder Janar Muttik.

"A roof-raising ceremony, as traditionally marks the milestone of a building reaching its full height, is a place where we thank the builders who contribute daily to the building's construction. Here we thank all our subcontractors and partners as the main contractor, with whom we are building this unique mini storage complex together. And of course, we recognize and thank the client for their trust and good cooperation, because without the Everaus team, this building would not exist either," said Margo Dengo, chairman of the board of AS Maru Ehitus.

Everaus Kinnisvara introduced the first contactless mini storage concept to the market four years ago in the Peetri area, where a 335 mini storage complex still operates today. The mini storage complex to be built in Haabersti is a logical step in extending the availability of the functioning service. Mini storage is suitable for storing seasonal hobby equipment (scooters, bicycles and motorcycles, ski, surf, golf and other equipment), vehicle tires, summer and garden furniture and other smaller furniture items, home and garden supplies, tools, "just in case" items in storage boxes, (Christmas) decorations, smaller quantities of goods, business supplies (trade show supplies, presentation materials, office furniture, etc.) and much else like that, which is otherwise kept in a storage room, garage or shed.

Everaus Kinnisvara is an ambitious residential and commercial real estate developer. The company, which started as a single-family home developer in 2015, has grown into a developer with the most diverse portfolio, whose development projects include apartment buildings, townhouses, semi-detached houses and single-family homes, as well as office buildings and (mini)storage and stock-office spaces. While residential real estate projects are intended for sale, commercial real estate is developed for cash flow projects with the aim of leasing to diversify risks, and the built commercial buildings are retained in their own ownership. Everaus Kinnisvara is the only real estate developer in Estonia, almost all of whose completed residential developments have received high recognition in home competitions. Due to forward-thinking choices, the developer's projects have been awarded the title "first of its kind" more than once.
