Pargikodu, a residential building rising in the heart of Tabasalu, celebrated an important milestone with a cornerstone and roof raising ceremony. Real estate developer Reterra is constructing a modern residential and commercial building at Kallaste 5, which will be completed by the end of 2026. The investment is worth 7 million euros and will be built by NOBE.

According to Reterra sales manager Kaspar Markus, the interest in the project shows that Tabasalu remains a very attractive area among homebuyers. "The market has reacted very positively to the Pargikodu development. To date, 60% of the homes have already been sold and the sales pace has been strong compared to other new developments in the area," says Markus. "This shows that buyers appreciate a well-thought-out home, fair pricing, and a good location. When buying a home, it is important that the spatial layout, price, accessibility, nearby services, and living environment truly meet people's expectations and form a coherent whole."

Tabasalu Pargikodu will have a total of 30 apartments. The selection includes spacious two- to five-room homes, each with a balcony or terrace. Residents' comfort is ensured by an elevator, separate storage areas for bicycles and strollers, private parking spaces, and quality interior finishes.

"We see that people increasingly prefer urban-adjacent, peaceful, and family-friendly living environments. Tabasalu offers plenty of greenery and privacy, while all daily services are within reach," adds Markus. "For us, it is significant that the new development is located next to the Tabasalu Centre, which we created and which was designed by PIN Architects. This reflects our desire to develop local life and contribute to the formation of Tabasalu as a comprehensive, well-functioning area. Pargikodu is located near Klooga Road, making it very accessible for those who want to combine urban proximity with a suburban living environment."

Although Tabasalu is very close to Tallinn, it is an independent and comprehensive living environment. In the immediate vicinity of the new apartment building are modern schools and kindergartens, a sports complex, tennis courts, gyms, restaurants, and cafes. For nature enthusiasts, Tabasalu's riverbank, beach, nature park, and hiking trails are within walking distance. Rocca al Mare shopping center is approximately a 10-minute drive away.

The construction work for Tabasalu Pargikodu is carried out by construction company NOBE. Tabasalu Pargikodu was designed by PIN Architects, who combined Tabasalu's suburban character with modern and nature-inspired architectural solutions.
