Estonian real estate developer Novira Capital and Lithuanian investment fund Evernord Real Estate Fund III have completed a new, 70 million euro A-class business quarter in central Riga called Novira Plaza.

According to Novira Capital CEO Arle Mölder, this is one of the few modern office buildings in central Riga, which are made unique by smart architectural solutions, thoroughly considered interior design, and top-quality finishing materials. "This project is unique both in its content and form, and it is in a truly good location, as the old town of Riga, public transport hubs, hotels and restaurants, and the future Rail Baltic railway station are in immediate proximity," Mölder described, noting that the central location ensures convenient access for pedestrians, cyclists, and car drivers alike.

"We are very pleased that you chose this project to implement in Riga. This is a very good location, as in the coming years many new development projects are planned, such as Rail Baltic, which will connect the Baltic states with Europe. I wish success and growth to the business and that work will always proceed smoothly," congratulated Riga Mayor Vilnis Kirsis at the opening of the business center.

Among the tenants of the new business quarter are reputable companies such as PwC Latvia, Eversheds Sutherland Bitāns, Wolt Latvia, GoCardless, Zalaris, and many others. Riga's Novira Plaza meets the gold level of the international LEED sustainable design and construction standard, and the energy-efficient building also features several green areas.

In total, the business center, which is more than 25,000 square meters in size, has two underground floors with parking for 250 cars, the first floor is designed for shops and restaurants, and floors two through seven contain office spaces. Among other things, Novira Capital and Evernord have started their next joint project, constructing a new 16-story apartment building called Stellar on the property at Tartu mnt 15 in central Tallinn.

Evernord is an investment and asset management company group operating in Lithuania, Latvia, and Estonia. The Evernord group consists of financial intermediation company Evernord and asset management company Evernord Asset Management, which manage over 250 million euros of client assets.
