PHOTOS: New 120-Home Residential District Corner Stone Laid in Keila
A cornerstone was laid in Keila for a new Keila Park Houses residential area with a total volume of 17 million euros, where the first homes will be completed as early as next autumn.
The 120-home residential area being developed on the edge of Keila city center's pine forest spans a total of 30 thousand square meters and has been designed while valuing the park area and green landscaping. "The Keila Park Houses buildings blend seamlessly with the preserved park forest, and the resulting comprehensive living environment offers all residents sufficient privacy as well," described Kristjan-Thor Vähi, head of real estate developer Invego, who noted that linking the residential area's buildings in this way with the park and high greenery has been a more challenging task than usual for the Apex Architecture Bureau team, but equally inspiring an opportunity where much depends on understanding the location and its peculiarities.
According to the head of Invego, families who choose Keila today wish to live in a peaceful and safe living environment, but at the same time be conveniently close to Tallinn, and what makes Keila particularly attractive as a place to live is precisely the city's rapid development pace and excellent infrastructure. "As a developer, we have experienced the sincere desire and co-thinking of city leaders to find a truly best solution for the future residential area's inhabitants, and it seems to us that the entire city is developing today with the same positive enthusiasm," praised Vähi, highlighting the substantive cooperation with the local municipality.
The Keila Park Houses residential area will consist of six A-energy class apartment buildings, which will contain a total of 120 one- to five-room apartments with balconies and terraces, as well as well-thought-out recreational areas and a playground with attractions for children of various ages. Additionally, all homebuyers receive a five-year construction warranty from Invego, so the new owner does not have to worry about their investment and can comfortably settle into their new home. Park Houses is located in a high-greenery area just a few steps away from Keila health trails, the water center, and Keila school.
