Yesterday, a topping-out ceremony was held by Invego at the business quarter being built at the corner of Volta and Kopli streets, which will be completed in the first half of 2025 and where Wise, a global technology company with its largest office of 2000 employees, will relocate.

The business quarter created on the site of the Franz Krull machinery factory is located in close proximity to Noblessner, Volta quarter, and Telliskivi creative city. A pedestrian street running through the entire area will be built in the new quarter, as well as a central park area. Great emphasis is placed on the network of light traffic roads and car-free accessibility in the development. An underground parking lot will be built in the quarter for light traffic vehicles, including bicycles and cargo bikes, as well as cars.

Invego is investing a total of 75 million euros in the construction of the business quarter at the corner of Volta and Kopli streets. The author of the second phase solution of the quarter is top architect Martin Aunin, the main contractor for construction is NOBE, and the final completion of the development project is planned for the first half of 2025.

Invego is one of Estonia's leading real estate development companies, which has built over 1100 homes and 20,000 m2 of commercial space in Tallinn and its surroundings in recent years. Invego's major developments include the recently completed Tiskreoja and Tabasalu Home, and the currently ongoing Luccaranna and Uus-Järveküla residential area.
