Fierce Competition: Study Reveals Estonia's Most Reputable Real Estate Agencies

Market Research AS conducted a survey with nearly 1,000 participants on behalf of the Estonian Real Estate Companies Association, according to which Uus Maa is considered Estonia's most reputable real estate office. 

Arco Vara and Pindi Kinnisvara earned second and third place in the reputation rankings. According to the survey, respondents would most likely prefer Uus Maa Real Estate Office both when selling real estate and when having it appraised, followed by Arco Vara, Pindi and Domus Kinnisvara. 

The same companies formed the top three in the general awareness scale, where 80% named Arco Vara, 78% named Uus Maa Real Estate Office, which showed the largest awareness increase compared to the previous survey at 30 percentage points, and Pindi Kinnisvara followed with 69 percent. On the awareness scale, Domus Kinnisvara (64%), 1Partner Kinnisvara (45%) and Ober Haus (43%) were also mentioned more frequently. 

According to the survey, the most important factors in choosing a real estate company are employee expertise, attitude towards clients, keeping clients informed and company trustworthiness. Compared to the two previous surveys, market information mastery, fast service, provision of loan condition information and service pricing have become more important.

The survey revealed that if one were to choose a company now to sell or appraise their real estate, 47% would decide to use recommendations from acquaintances. Following that, service price and prior personal experience are important.
