Tallinn Art Space, which has moved to Fahle Park, combines an art gallery, clubhouse and creative activities, as well as the management of comprehensive art projects. For this purpose, Art Space has found its place between the limestone walls of Fahle Park on a first-floor space of over 300 square meters.

The gallery spaces are located directly on the main street of Fahle Park, where preparations are currently underway for the gallery's opening to the public in early autumn. The back rooms opening onto the green outdoor area of Fahle Park's inner courtyard are designated for clubhouse activities, where art collection owners, art buyers and other enthusiasts meet. The Art Space premises also house a lithography center, hinted at by a special press for producing lithographic artworks and, of course, graphic works on the walls. Painter, photographer and lithography artist Jaak Visnap, who is also the founder and operator of Art Space, creates his own works there.

Fausto Capital, the developer of Fahle Park, hopes that the arrival of Tallinn Art Space will bring creative artistic life to the entire district, making every urban environment much more exciting and cohesive. Sales and Marketing Director Einar Niin stated: "In addition to office and residential spaces, we are bringing culture and art institutions as well as entertainment to the district. There are certainly many art enthusiasts and collectors among the tenants and visitors of Fahle Park, as well as those who would like to create art themselves. We are extremely pleased that such an ambitious promoter of Estonian art has created its creative home in Fahle. We hope that Fahle's high ceilings, limestone walls and distinctive architecture will foster creative thinking and provide art experiences for Fahle Park's visitors. We are also pleased that we can make our own small contribution to the development of Estonian culture," Niin said.
