Fahle Park Organizes a Grand End-of-Summer Street Party for the Community
Fahle Park's developer Fausto Capital considers it important to offer not only quality rental space but also broader value: creating a cool urban space where office workers from different companies could meet and spend time together in a fun way. For this reason, Fausto is organizing an event called "Fahle Food Fest" at the beginning of the office season in one of the faster developing business quarters at Fahle Park, where you can listen to a NÖEP concert and enjoy various street food.
"We are creating a compact and well-thought-out urban space in the former paper factory area that encourages people to meet and spend time together. On August 29th from 11:00-16:00, a daytime street party called "Fahle Food Fest" will take place in the cozy courtyard of Fahle Park. We want this opening of fall season party to grow into a tradition and an anticipated event for our Fahle community and for Tallinners more broadly," said Fausto Capital's marketing director Violeta Osula.
Historical limestone walls and pleasant streets create an excellent opportunity at Fahle Park to spend a lazy summer day with friends and colleagues. The day will be hosted by renowned event organizer Aivar Kuusk, with performances by NÖEP DJ set and DJ Keijo Tismus, and delicious food for different taste preferences provided by food trucks Kausik, VLND burger, Peas Out, Kooker, Kohvikäru, and Fudy X Majaka Pizza.
Additionally, an open offices day of Fahle Park will take place as part of the event, providing an opportunity to peek into neighboring offices and get to know the neighbors. "We want to bring people to the street and create a friendly community walk from one office to another, so that they can then gather together to enjoy music and food," said Osula.
The creation of the Fahle Park community began even before the corona pandemic broke out and is now gaining momentum again. "For a long time now, it's not just about renting an office, but thinking about what's around it and what added value this area can offer people. Easy accessibility, the presence of service businesses, and leisure time opportunities in the office area are important – in other words, when developing commercial real estate areas, you also need to create a cool urban space around it," said Fausto Capital's partner Sven Mihalov.
Now the capital's residents have a reason to come see how the historical paper factory area has been transformed into a modern and cozy urban space, complete with cafes, restaurants, art galleries, and wine shops. Fahle Fest Food is free to enter.
