The first two phases of Fahle Park, built in the area of a historic paper factory, are now fully completed and over 30,000 square meters of new business space are already covered by lease agreements. The Fahle area is one of Tallinn's fastest-developing districts and, based on client interest, the developer Fausto Capital is planning to move forward with phases III and IV already this year.

Most of the historic paper factory's heritage-protected buildings have been renovated and the previously overlooked Tallinn city center area has been brought to life. "Next, we will be reconstructing the historic boiler house into an A-class office building along with its chimney, with Tallinn's new observation platform planned at its top. We will also be building a completely green concept wooden building in Fahle Park at Tartu Avenue 84A," said Sven Mihailov, partner of Fahle's developer Fausto Capital.

The total area of the Fahle Park development lots is over 45,000 square meters and according to the valid detailed plan for high-rise buildings, the development will bring approximately 150,000 square meters of A-class office, service and residential space to the real estate market. In addition, parking areas and parks and landscaped galleries typical of the district. According to Sven Mihailov, major companies have not frozen their business real estate plans and prefer new developments and quality spaces that provide added value to employees.

"The office staff at Fahle Park appreciate quality office spaces alongside Fahle's distinctive limestone architecture and a work environment that stands out from the ordinary. We are developing the area comprehensively and creating a multi-layered exciting urban space here with cafes, art galleries, health and beauty services and shops. We combine the most modern and environmentally friendly construction solutions with historic limestone buildings, creating a cozy quality environment here," said Mihailov.

"The exotically landscaped gallery street is already hosting Tallinn's most grand-scale events and the buildings completed in the first phases are fully occupied by prestigious offices. A strong community of IT companies has formed here, including companies such as Finestmedia, Talgen Cybersecurity, Betsson Group and others. Media companies Postimees and DuoMedia are also located here, as well as Apollo Group, Miele, Employment Service Career Center and others. The restaurants Argentiina and Manoly coffee house operating in the area have been very well received by the Fahle community and found their clientele," he added.

The efforts of Fahle Park's developer Fausto Capital have also been recognized and Fahle Park received the Real Estate Achievement Award last year, Fahle Park's gallery street won several top awards at the Estonian Architecture Awards and last year the Postimees media building received a nomination in the best public space category.
