Experienced Real Estate Agents Help Estonians Buy Property in Spain
Four experienced Estonian real estate agents founded the real estate agency Espa Estates in Spain, with the aim of offering comprehensive services to clients interested in Sun Coast real estate, both for buying and renting apartments and houses.
"Spanish real estate has been popular among Estonians for years and interest in it continues to grow," explains Kristi Djomin, real estate agent at Espa Estates. "At the same time, it is clear that people need more help with this, as there are many differences between the Estonian and Spanish real estate markets."
Espa Estates offers comprehensive real estate services from property presentations to renting out and managing purchased real estate. "In Spain, both the taxation of transactions and the legal procedures involved are significantly different from Estonia. Similarly, you need to know different regions well," says Djomin.
According to him, most foreign buyers use an agent because there are so many nuances to pay attention to and if you are not familiar with Spanish customs and rules, acting on your own can cause a lot of headaches.
Operating under the Espa Estates brand are four long-experienced Estonian real estate agents who either live or stay permanently in Spain. The selection includes both smaller investment apartments, spacious penthouses with terraces and villas. "Here there is something for every taste and in every price range. Plus plenty of entertainment options, good restaurants and cafes and of course wonderful weather and the Mediterranean," adds Kristi Djomin.
