Everaus Real Estate Started Selling Kangru Kodu Residential Quarter Near Tallinn
Everaus Kinnisvara has started selling plots in the Kangru Kodu residential quarter located in Luige village in Kiili municipality on the outskirts of Tallinn. The exclusive development consists of 47 residential units, of which 10 single-family properties are sold as plots, and the developer will build detached houses and townhouses on the remaining development area. The Kangru Kodu development features spacious and large plots with high vegetation, where you can build a house according to your wishes or choose a suitable home from the projects offered by the developer.

The Kangru Kodu residential area has 16 residential plots, and in the future, 31 townhouses will be added. „If we consider that the average family with children has four members, then about 200 people will live in the residential area in the future," adds Muttik.
The Kangru Kodu residential plots give future homeowners a free hand in creating their dream home. „Clients can, if they wish, build a house according to their own project, but since unified design and visual solutions add value to the entire quarter, it is also possible to purchase a plot from us in built-up form. It is also no secret that home construction is a complicated and exhausting process for many, which is why acquiring a complete solution through the developer is considerably more convenient," says Janar Muttik, adding that Kangru Kodu clients can, if they wish, choose between single- and two-story house projects.
While residential plots can be purchased already now, sales of townhouses will begin at the end of 2024 – currently, the developer is constructing another quarter consisting of townhouses in the same area, and interested parties are directed to the Luige Kodud development, whose first phase will be completed next year. The construction of roads and utilities at Kangru Kodu will begin this summer, and buildings will be designed and constructed next year. The first phase of Kangru Kodu will be completed in the first quarter of 2025.
