On December 13th, a topping-out ceremony took place for the Kindlusepealse Villad residential development located in Järveküla. The new development offers comfortable and pleasant living conditions, while being energy-efficient and aesthetically beautiful. The first single-family homes and semi-detached houses will be completed in the summer of 2024.

According to the company's CEO Janar Muttik, Everaus Kinnisvara's premium-class developments are characterized by distinctive and aesthetic architecture, uncompromising quality, high comfort standards, and modern and sustainable technological solutions. "Kindlusepealse Villad with A-energy class features ground source heating, heat recovery ventilation and ground source cooling, supported by solar panels," Muttik gives as an example, "all single-family homes and semi-detached houses are characterized by user comfort both indoors and outdoors. An individual electric car charging station, smart home solutions, waste sorting solutions, a fireplace in the living room and an ergonomic terrace bathtub are premium-class elements that appeal to homebuyers in the Järveküla development."

Muttik adds that in addition to premium-class amenities, the success of the project is based on the location and skillful integration of the development with the surrounding neighborhood, creating a unified whole and valuing the living environment more broadly. "Both the location in a highly valued residential area and the carefully considered exterior and interior solutions have strongly supported the sales success of Kindlusepealse Villad. More than half of the development volume was pre-sold to clients even before construction began, and today only the last single-family homes and semi-detached houses are available," says Muttik.

True to Everaus Kinnisvara's nature, the developer has not set fixed interior finishing packages for Kindlusepealse Villad either. "Personalized homes are trendy, and therefore in our developments, clients choose their preferred interior finishing from a diverse selection, not us. However, since construction is soon reaching the interior finishing phase, new buyers interested in purchasing have only a limited time to have a say in their home's interior design. After the work begins, the developer's interior designer will choose the interior finishing for unsold homes," adds Muttik.

According to Kristi Märtin, a future homeowner who attended the topping-out ceremony, her family chose the Kindlusepealse Villad development as their new home for several reasons. "Convenient and spacious layout, quiet location and an experienced developer," Märtin lists the reasons for purchase, "for us, it was also important to have four bedrooms, which allows all the children to have their own rooms. Unfortunately, most houses for sale have only three bedrooms." The Märtin family also valued the A-energy class, premium-class materials, and convenient solutions such as solar panels, an electric car charger, and ground source cooling.

The Järveküla new development will include eight villa-type single-family homes and three semi-detached houses with six housing units. Kindlusepealse Villad will be completed in the summer of 2024.
