Everaus Real Estate Expands from Harju County to Tartu County: 90 New Energy-Efficient Apartments to Be Built in Kõrvekküla Near Tartu

Kõrveringi Kodu - Everaus Kinnisvara

Highly regarded real estate developer Everaus Kinnisvara, operating primarily in Harjumaa, announces the expansion of its activities to South Estonia, acquiring properties with building permits and constructing an ambitious residential quarter in Kõrveküla on the outskirts of Tartu city. The project will include five modern energy-efficient apartment buildings with a total of 90 apartments.

The expansion marks the developer's first large-scale project outside the capital region and is a response to the growing demand in South Estonia, particularly in areas near Tartu city, for quality and comprehensively designed living environments.

"We have established a strong position in Harjumaa in creating comprehensive and energy-efficient living environments, but we see that the Tartu region is also developing rapidly and offers excellent living conditions. Kõrveküla is an ideal choice for our first major project in this region due to its developed infrastructure – school, kindergarten, sports facilities, and proximity to Tartu. Our goal is to offer local residents and those moving to Tartu modern, comfortable, and low-maintenance homes where, alongside striking architecture, thoroughly thought-out floor plans and energy-efficient solutions, outdoor space is equally important," commented Janar Muttik, founder and CEO of Everaus Kinnisvara, on the expansion plans.

The development will be completed in phases. Preparatory work for the construction of two- to four-room apartment buildings is in the final stages, and according to plans, the first building will be completed at the end of 2026. Sales for the first phase have also already begun.

Everaus Kinnisvara is an ambitious residential and commercial real estate developer. Starting as a private house developer in 2015, the company has grown into a developer with a diverse portfolio that includes apartment buildings, townhouses, semi-detached houses, single-family homes, office buildings, warehouse and stock-office spaces and mini-storages, as well as residential plots and guest apartments. While residential real estate projects are intended for sale, commercial real estate is developed for rental purposes to diversify risks, and the built commercial buildings are retained in the company's ownership. Everaus Kinnisvara is the only real estate developer in Estonia whose nearly all completed residential developments have received high recognition in home competitions. Due to pioneering choices, the developer's projects have been awarded the title "first of its kind" more than once.
