Everaus Real Estate Becomes the Largest Self-Storage Rental Service Provider in the Baltics

In addition to the mini storage units located in Petseri, Everaus Real Estate is building a new contactless mini storage complex in Tallinn on the border of Haabersti and Õismäe. After the opening of the new complex next year, Everaus Real Estate will become the largest mini storage rental service provider in the Baltics.

"Two years ago, we launched a 100% contactless mini storage service that allows you to conclude a rental agreement on our website in just a few minutes and start using the mini storage immediately," says Everaus Real Estate CEO Janar Muttik. "The service received a very positive reception, and as a result, we began planning the construction of the next warehouse complex in Tallinn's suburban area last year. By now, we have found a suitable property and design work is underway."

Everaus Real Estate investor relations manager and author of "The Guide to Getting Rich" Jaak Roosaare was skeptical about the potential success of the mini storage project just a few years ago. "I first encountered mini storage units in America, but when we started developing a similar service in Estonia, I wasn't sure whether Estonians would actually need mini storage and whether this service would be used here," explains Roosaare, who is now himself a regular mini storage user. "By now, however, it is clear that Everaus Mini Storage is a convenient and affordable service whose popularity is constantly growing – I also store my books in a mini storage unit. My personal positive experience combined with positive customer feedback gave us the confidence to build the next, and even larger, mini storage complex."

The Everaus Mini Storage complex in Petseri has 335 mini storage units, but the new four-story building to be built on the border of Haabersti and Õismäe will have nearly 400 mini storage units ranging from 2 to 20 m², including practical garage boxes with hoists. "Haabersti district is home to 45,000 people, and many apartment building residents lack warm and dry storage spaces, so there is great demand for a quality and 24/7 open mini storage service in the area," says Muttik.

Construction of the Everaus Mini Storage Haabersti complex will begin in spring 2024, and the storage complex will open in the second half of that year.
