Everaus Real Estate's New Residential Quarter in Järveküla Celebrated Topping-Out Ceremony
The construction of the first phase of the large-scale residential complex Kindluse Kodu, located in Järveküla in Rae Parish, has reached a significant milestone – a cornerstone was laid and a roof-raising ceremony was held to mark the achievement of full height for the first buildings. Within the first phase, the first 36 homes of the residential complex will be completed next year – 6 row houses with 24 units and 6 semi-detached houses with 12 units.
Kindluse Kodu stands out from other developments in the region not only by its scale, but also by its energy-efficient solutions and architectural coherence. The new development encompasses a 21-hectare plot with nearly 170 residential units. The developer will build complete infrastructure across the entire development area (roads, utilities, street lighting), ensuring a coherent and safe living environment. All homes built by the developer are equipped with ground-source heating systems, which is one of the most energy-efficient heating sources, ensuring low fixed costs for families. In addition to row houses and semi-detached houses, undeveloped single-family house plots are also being sold in the development area.
The development is located in the heart of Järveküla, offering the best combination of a family-friendly environment and convenient access to necessary services. Kindluse School, awarded the title of School of the Year this year, borders the new development, and the highly-regarded Järveküla kindergarten is also located in the immediate vicinity of the new development. All major grocery store chains are represented in the area and the nearest store is only 600 m away. Estonia's largest padel center with 12 courts will open in early next year just a 5-minute drive from the new development.
„Järveküla is a rapidly developing community and Kindluse Kodu was created to support this development, offering modern and energy-efficient homes where families can live well and safely. I am pleased to note that the new development has been well received by those seeking a new home – half of the homes to be completed next year have already been sold. Special mention should be made of the great interest in undeveloped single-family house plots," commented Janar Muttik, founder and CEO of Everaus Real Estate, adding that as an important quality indicator, it is also recognized that the homes in the first phase of Kindluse Kodu are being built in cooperation with NOBE.
NOBE OÜ Board Member and Construction Director Priit Nigols says: "With Kindluse Kodu, we see how important good cooperation and experience are – that's how something lasting is created. As a construction company, we have been building homes and living environments for over twenty years, where every detail matters. Everything in the Kindluse Kodu development has been carefully thought through – from street lighting and utilities to energy-efficient ground-source heating."
Everaus Real Estate is an ambitious residential and commercial real estate developer. Having started as a single-family home developer in 2015, the company has since grown into a developer with the most diverse portfolio, whose development projects include apartment buildings, row houses, semi-detached houses and single-family homes, office buildings, warehouse and stock-office spaces and mini warehouses, as well as single-family house plots and guest apartments. While residential real estate projects are designed for sale, commercial real estate is developed as cash flow projects for rent distribution purposes and the completed commercial buildings are retained in the company's ownership. Everaus Real Estate is the only real estate developer in Estonia whose nearly all completed residential developments have received high recognition in home competitions. Due to pioneering choices, the developer's projects have been awarded the title "first of its kind" more than once.
